Huawei Enjoy 70X gets a new ‘Obsidian Black’ color option
Huawei has now launched a new “Obsidian Black” color for the Enjoy 70X phone. The extraordinary entry-level device already has four color options, including Gold Black. Now the company is introducing another elegant shade for it.
The OEM announced this morning that it has launched a new Obsidian Black color for the Huawei Enjoy 70X. It highlights a leather design on the back, featuring a diamond-like pattern throughout the panel, for an easy and comfortable grip.
Apart from the color and back design, the rest of the external features and key specifications are the same as the original variants. The new device color is available for sale at Huawei Mall starting today. It wears a price tag of:
- Enjoy 70X Obsidian Black (256GB): 1999 yuan
- Enjoy 70X Obsidian Black (512GB): 2299 yuan

Enjoy 70X debuted at the outset of this year with surprising features. It is the first budget-friendly model in the Huawei family to adopt one-click Beidou satellite service.
The device supports sending/receiving satellite SMS alongside the image-sending capability. You can long-press the X button to operate the satellite features.
Other changes include a big 6100mAh battery, offering an ultra-long battery life, a 50MP main camera + 2MP in-depth lens with AI features, HarmonyOS smart communication that ensures faster signal enhancement for every scenario.
The device installs a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with an FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, 300Hz touch feedback, 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, and more. It also supports full-screen AOD and AI wet hand touch detection.
