Huawei could reportedly launch products at the upcoming launch conference that will include the new Watch GT 3 series as well as other smart devices. However, Huawei has also planned to launch a new notebook similar to Microsoft Surface.

According to the well-known tipster – ChanganDigital, Huawei will launch a new 2 in 1 computer similar to the Microsoft Surface. It’s revealed that the screen-to-body ratio is much higher, and it is lighter and thinner, weighing about 709g, and the price is higher than the previous MateBook E 2-in-1 product.

Currently, Huawei has not confirmed any launch detail of such a Microsoft Surface inspired product but it’s likely to come very soon. However, a specific date is yet to reveal.

Microsoft Surface:

Surface Laptop is a traditional laptop with a display fixed to a keyboard base. The Surface Pro is a detachable laptop and is actually more of a tablet than a laptop. For the Surface Pro to actually work as a traditional laptop you will need to purchase the Type Cover keyboard that is sold separately.

Huawei MateBook E:

Back in 2017, Huawei launched the first generation of Huawei MateBook E smart computers. Thereafter, the company only unveiled a sequel to this form.

MateBook E is equipped with a seven-generation Intel Core processor, M3 + 4GB + 128GB is priced at 4988 yuan, i5 (Y series) + 4GB+256GB is priced at 6888 yuan, and i5 (Y series) + 8GB+256GB is priced at 7388 yuan.

However, in the 2019 MateBook E model, Huawei equipped it with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 850 processor, using the Windows 10 ARM version, the 8GB + 256GB model is priced at 3999 yuan, and the 8GB + 512GB model is priced at 4999 yuan.
