Huawei confirmed August 2022 update for P50 Pro global users
The Chinese tech giant Huawei has started sending the August 2022 update for the Huawei P50 Pro users globally. This update mends the entire security system of the smartphone.
Huawei packed the super-duper P50 Pro smartphone with premium hardware and software. And, It is exciting to see this update for the flagship Huawei model.
The firm has also started the distribution of the September 2022 updates with its latest smartphones and devices. Although, this update is currently rolling out for the HarmonyOS base in mainland China. Yet, we can expect this firmware to approach the EMUI users in other regions soon.
The changelog reveals that the Huawei P50 Pro phone users will get enhancements in the internals as the update improves the overall system security with patches released in August 2022.
The update is arriving with the EMUI build number 12.0.1.256 (C185E4R2P2) and the download size of the update is 417 Megabytes.
There are a few things that you need to know before proceeding to install the update. It’s recommended to charge your phone sufficiently and keep enough storage space in it. Furthermore, take a backup of important data to prevent unwanted deletion.

Go to the Settings menu of your phone, from here navigate towards System & updates > from here tap on Software updates, and then click on CHECK FOR UPDATES.
