Huawei claims third spot in global wearable market with 45% annual growth

Canalys market research organization has shared a new report regarding the global wearable sector in Q3 2023 and gladly, Huawei has claimed third position in this race with an annual growth of 45%. No doubt, the company gained this success for its ultimate smartwatches and their unique features.

The report highlights Apple at the top with 17% of the unit share. Despite a good spot, the American tech giant is seeing a decline of 12% in its annual growth. Next comes, Xiaomi which is rising rapidly with a 12% unit share and 39 percent of annual increase among the worldwide top wearable bands.

With a 10% unit share, Huawei secured third position in the global wearable market and a profit of 45% in annual growth. Earlier, a report described that Huawei achieved a 56% YoY increase in smartwatch shipments for Q3 2023.

A big credit for this success goes to the Watch GT 4 which continues to offer the best wearable experience to users. Besides, the company keeps sending the latest features and improvements that uplift the smartwatch’s performance to the next level.

Finally, the fourth and fifth position is obtained by Samsung and Fire Boltt respectively. While the Galaxy Watch developer had a decline of 21%, Fire Boltt has gained 53% in the annual growth.
