Huawei Band 10 SIRIM certification

Huawei Band 10 will soon launch in Malaysia as the wearable has been listed on the SIRIM certification database. The device has already obtained certain market approvals. Now it has cleared one more listing for the OEM’s most significant market.

Band 10 has qualified for two certificates: SDPPI and TUV. These certifications confirmed the device for the Indonesian launch. Meanwhile, the wearable is expected to soon go official in the Chinese market. Although the launch time is uncertain.

Now Huawei Band 10 wearable is getting the SIRIM certification, confirming its release in Malaysia. Interestingly, the company will launch two models in the Band 10 series. One has the model number NOR-B29 while the other is NOR-B19.

Both models fall in the ‘Watch’ category with a certificate validation till 26 January 2030. Alongside the watch, the company has listed the MatePad Pro 13.2 2025 model on the SIRIM listing, suggesting plans for the tablet’s global debut.

The SIRIM listing doesn’t reveal any key specs of the Huawei Band 10 series. However, some previous inputs said that the device would have an IP68 rating. It will likely launch in the second quarter of this year.

Rumored Specifications

As per a few leaks, Huawei Band 10 is to follow the same specifications as its predecessors. It may bring a 1.47-inch AMOLED with a resolution of 194 x 368 pixels, and a 2.5D glass. But this time, Huawei may adopt useful upgrades to its wristband.

On the flip side, the company may integrate AI capabilities into the Band 10. Inputs further hint that the upcoming wristband may come out of the box with HarmonyOS 4.0 and 14 days of battery life. It would be worth seeing what new changes the device will get over its predecessors.
