Honor’s new smartwatch series and Honor Band 6 to launch soon
Last November, Honor introduced its latest smartwatch – Honor MagicWatch 2 series including two size variants and it seems like the company has planned to introduce a new smartwatch very soon.
According to the Weibo tipster – Digital jun, Honor will introduce a new smartwatch that’s relatively high-end in comparison to the unreleased Honor MagicWatch 3. This could also be a new watch series, possibly, aside from the MagicWatch lineup.
The tipster also said this new smartwatch will be released ahead of Honor Band 6 and Honor MagicWatch 3. Aside from this confirmation, the tipster has not shared any of the insights on the watch’s specs or its design.
From the Band devices, Honor currently has Honor Band 5 and Band 5i, as these two smart bands are already available around the globe.
Since the last two years, Honor was releasing only one smartwatch a year and it seems like the company is trying to push a new strategy into the wearable market to grab more shares.
For now, there’s no official confirmation about the release of this watch nor about Honor MagicWatch 3 or Honor Band 6. We’ll keep you posted on further inputs.
