According to the Weibo tipster – Digital jun, Honor will introduce a new smartwatch that’s relatively high-end in comparison to the unreleased Honor MagicWatch 3. This could also be a new watch series, possibly, aside from the MagicWatch lineup.
The tipster also said this new smartwatch will be released ahead of Honor Band 6 and Honor MagicWatch 3. Aside from this confirmation, the tipster has not shared any of the insights on the watch’s specs or its design.
Since the last two years, Honor was releasing only one smartwatch a year and it seems like the company is trying to push a new strategy into the wearable market to grab more shares.
For now, there’s no official confirmation about the release of this watch nor about Honor MagicWatch 3 or Honor Band 6. We’ll keep you posted on further inputs.
Honor MagicWatch 2 Specifications:
Honor MagicWatch 2 comes in two sizes of 42 and 46mm featuring 1.3 and 1.2-inch AMOLED touch screen displays respectively.
These smartwatches come with fitness monitoring features such as GPS and GLONASS tracking system, 15 goal-based fitness modes, 13 different running courses, 5ATM water resistance.
Health Monitoring features – Huawei TruSeen 3.5 heart rate monitoring, Huawei TruSleep 2.0 sleep monitor, and Huawei TruRelax stress monitor.
Honor Magic Watch 2 46mm can provide up to 14-day of battery life and on the other hand, the 42mm version comes with up to 7 days of battery.
Honor MagicWatch 2 series can store and play up to 500 songs, only the 46mm version supports Bluetooth calling feature.

Huawei strengthens cooperation with Indonesia cyber security
