Honor Watch 5 Ultra AI health features

Honor is going to welcome a new AI health expert on your wrist in the form of the Watch 5 Ultra with some extraordinary heart health monitoring features. A new teaser highlights what the upcoming Honor wearable will bring to the table.

The company is hosting a grand launch event on July 2, unveiling the top-end Magic V5 foldable, MagicPad 3, and other products. At the same time, it will introduce the Watch 5 Ultra wrist gadget that has appeared at the MWC 2025 Barcelona.

In the current scenario, the OEM has dropped a new Honor Watch 5 Ultra promotional teaser and said it to bring real-time heart health monitoring features.

The device will introduce a new capability called Heart Health Research that runs heart rhythm monitoring for 24 hours. At the same time, it can detect irregularities and sudden heart-related problems in time, showing early signs of cardiac issues.

One can also perform a quick heart scan directly from the watch, without the requirement of their phone. The wearable will offer instant feedback and suggestions.

Apart from the heart rate monitoring, the Watch 5 Ultra supports a health check feature that reports the complete health monitoring in 45 seconds. Whether it is heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, stress level, or any other metrics.

Honor Watch 5 Ultra comes with the industry’s first sudden illness risk screening feature. It analyzes heart rate deceleration and detects potential health risks before symptoms start hitting your body.

The device further sends early alerts and tracking metrics in real-time. Other features in the list include sedentary reminders, sleep quality evaluation, breathing exercises, fitness age analysis, blood oxygen monitoring, and more.
