Honor to introduce iOS-based cross-device connectivity at MWC25

Honor has started teasing its AI creations ahead of the MWC 2025 event and a useful one in the list is: iOS-based cross-device connectivity. The company aims to enable users to share data with other brand models easily without facing interruptions.

The company shared two teasers on the Honor Global X page. It hints that the tech giant is working on an “All-Ecosystem Exchange” mechanism. It will enable Honor users to connect their devices across any other ecosystem conveniently.

Android and iOS are two major operating systems in the world. Both follow their own protocols to maintain users’ privacy and security. But often these regulations limit the benefits for users in certain operations. One such is file sharing.

Many users need to install a third-party application that can help them with file transfer services. Looks like Honor is breaking boundaries between iOS and Android.

The second teaser makes the Honor iOS-based cross-device connectivity tech more clear. It highlights that the Honor Share feature will soon support the first “All-Ecosystem Exchange” capability that will make file transfer more seamless than ever.
