Honor rumored to unveil X70 smartphones next month

Honor is preparing some new products to launch next month and one of these could be the X70 series. The company is rumored to developing the new-gen X lineup. It will likely feature ultra-long battery life compared to the previous generation models.
The X60 series debuted in October last year. But looks like Honor may launch the next-gen X smartphones sooner than expected. A new input shed light on this matter.
SmartPikachu says that Honor will unveil several new products starting next month and the X70 series could be part of this direction. The company will unveil new mid-range phones with some interesting parameters and battery capabilities.
Apart from mid-range handsets, the tech giant is tipped to release new PCs in February. These laptops could bring major enhancements and significant features over their predecessors. Though the upgrades are currently unclear.
Further inputs suggest that the Honor X70 series may feature a long battery life. The company could once again adopt high-end battery solutions for the X lineup.
Honor has started using higher-density batteries for its mid-range devices. For reference, the X60 Pro packs a 6600mAh battery with a 66W wired and 5W reverse wired charging. It would be worth seeing if the X70 series gets any such treatment.

The lineup brings two models: Standard and Pro. The former has a 6.8-inch TFT LCD screen while the latter brings a 6.78-AMOLED panel with 3000 nits peak brightness and 120Hz refresh rate. Both devices run on MagicOS 8.0 (Android 14).
Honor X60 Pro handset runs on the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset whereas, the standard model equips the Mediatek Dimensity 7025 Ultra (6nm) processor.
Both models have a single 108MP main camera and an 8MP selfie lens. But this single lens offers the best photography results in one click.
