Honor Power phone may use 8000mAh battery, Snapdragon 7 Gen chip

Honor is preparing a new phone lineup called ‘Power’, which will use a jumbo battery and an efficient chip. The new brand has time to debut on the consumer platform. Meanwhile, a new leak reveals key specs of the first Power handset.

Some early leaks suggested that Honor could launch a mid-range phone with a big 8000mAh battery. Another input revealed that a medium-range Honor device with the DVD-AN00 model number has passed the 3C and other certifications.

Weibo tipster @DigitalChatStation said that all these revelations are about the same device, probably the Power handset. Now, another leak shared the battery and chip info of the upcoming Honor Power phone.

As per leaked information, Honor Power may feature an 8000mAh battery with 80W fast charging support. The device could also equip a Snapdragon 7 Gen series chipset and bring satellite features to stand out in the mid-range market.

Other specifications like camera, display, and design are currently unclear about the new device. But as per its name, we can expect a powerful look and performance with the new Honor Power smartphone.

Honor has also teased the new brand in its recent Weibo posts. The firm has mainly shed light on the device’s battery. Perhaps the upcoming phone will be a relief to users who often deal with poor battery life and demands better upgrades.

Just like any other Honor mid-range series, the Power lineup may also sport a single or dual-camera setup on the rear side. Meanwhile, there could be a single punch hole at the front face to house the selfie sensor. Details will become clear with an official teaser of the device.
