Honor Magic 8 series may introduce a giant 7-inch smartphone

Honor is planning to break display rules for smartphones and may launch a 7-inch Magic 8 model this year. While bigger phones are becoming a new trend in the market, Honor will likely step over the top with the “biggest” flagship marvel.
As noted by DigitalChatStation, the Honor Magic 8 series may introduce a 7-inch smartphone model later this year. The company will use the largest 6.96+ inches screen this time, breaking the ordinary display rules for the top-end handset lineup.
The Chinese phone maker has surprising plans for the new flagship. Early inputs suggested a mini Magic 8 coming later this year. Although Honor has yet to finalize this variant, and even if it has, it may not launch it with the Magic 8 series.
But other than the mini version, the company seems to have three amazing models – Standard, Pro, and probably an Ultra this time. Standard Magic 8 may feature a 6.58-inch screen and is probably dual mid-range periscope cameras – OV64B and IMX882.

On the flip side, Magic 8 Pro can equip a 6.7-inch screen and may sport a massive 200MP periscope camera. Meanwhile, the third model remains a mystery; however, it will likely debut with an ultra-large screen, measuring 7 inches.
Apart from the screen changes, the tipster didn’t reveal other details about the flagship Magic 8 series. Though we can expect major upgrades for the new Honor flagship this time, which will offer surprising experiences to users.
