Honor GT Pro gaming flagship smartphone launching on April 23
It’s official! Honor today confirmed the GT Pro smartphone launch for 23 April. The company has been hyping the gaming flagship for a long while. Now, it has eventually scheduled the device for next week and even revealed its appearance.
This morning, the company shared a huge promo poster announcing the Honor GT Pro launch for April 23. The teaser showed a slight glimpse of the device’s back cover with a robust camera module and thin, lightweight design.
According to the teaser’s caption:
“The flagship of e-sports performance #Honor GT Pro# is as powerful as a cheat! It will be launched at 14:30 on April 23. Follow + forward the topic #Honor GT Pro# to win an Honor GT Pro.”
Later, the company dropped four images revealing the color schemes of the upcoming gaming flagship smartphone. The device will come in three colors, symbolizing:
- Ice Crystal White: Ice soul condensed light + Extreme speed
- Phantom Black: Shadow stealth + Winning the game
- Burning Speed Gold: Gilded Burst + instantly impressed
Honor GT Pro has a flagship-like design. It is thin with a metal frame on the edges, a power button with a red strip in between, and volume rockers on the side.

Unlike the standard sibling, which has a rectangular camera module on one side of the back, the Pro variant hypes a rounded-square lens bump with four lens openings. The framework also includes an LED flash on the top.
It has the same GT label tagged on one side of the camera module and the HONOR branding at the bottom center. You can check more features below.
