Honor confirms Snapdragon 8 Elite and enhanced C1+ chip for GT Pro

Honor has now confirmed that the GT Pro smartphone will feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite and an enhanced C1+ chip. The company is constantly hyping its upcoming gaming device, revealing its key features and significant capabilities.
The firm has posted two posts on Weibo highlighting the chip details of the Honor GT Pro: Snapdragon 8 Elite (Extreme Edition) and the C1+ for effective signal.
The GT smartphone runs on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. But the Pro model will bring a dynamic performance boost with the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor.
Snapdragon 8 Elite is an octa-core chipset with a hybrid CPU architecture. It has two prime cores clocked at 4.32 GHz and six performance cores at 3.5 3GHz. The processor is further paired with a three-core GPU with a 1.1GHz speed.
The first post reads:
“Only when the performance is fully maximized can it be called as powerful as cheating. Equipped with the all-round leading Snapdragon 8 Elite #Honor GT Pro# will once again break through the performance ceiling.”

Apart from the Snapdragon 8 Elite, the GT Pro handset will also feature the C1+ processor. It is an RF (radio frequency) enhancement chip that ensures strong connectivity even in weak network areas. Moreover, the company has upgraded its chip with Optimus Prime, which allows games to run even in weak networks.
The second teaser of GT Pro says:
#HonorGTPro# is equipped with HONOR C1+ self-developed RF enhancement chip. Hardware-level signal enhancement allows you to fight to the end.”
GT Pro handset will further feature 2700Hz of touch sampling rate and UFS 4.1 + LPDDR5X Ultra combination. One can expect the best performance as well as a gaming experience with the all-new Honor GT Pro smartphone.
