It’s December 21 and today, Honor will unveil the Honor 90 GT smartphone which is already appearing in live images. Perhaps, consumers can have a real-time look at the upcoming handset ahead of the official release time.

Weibo tipster @DigitalChatStation recently dropped some live images of the Honor 90 GT device. At the same time, the leak suggests some more key specs and functionalities of the phone. So let’s tour these specifications bit by bit.

As per the inputs, Honor 90 GT will support a high screen-to-body ratio with clean edges. It further has a black-colored narrow rim around the display. This time, the company has eliminated plastic brackets around the screen and used a plastic mid-frame for an aesthetic view with durability.

Another major highlight is the short-focus fingerprint sensor. This solution is based on optical imaging where a tiny camera is embedded on the screen for unlocking operations. Users will get faster and more responsive results in fingerprint unlock methods.

Other specifications include a 6.7-inch display panel with 1.5K 2664 x 1200 pixels resolution and high-end eye protection capabilities. The screen adopts a single punch hole at the center and exhibits 3840Hz PWM high-frequency.

Meanwhile, the device packs the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 chipset of the TSMC 4nm process. It contains the CPU architecture of 1+2+2+3 with a primary frequency of 3.2GHz. In terms of optical specs, the leak showcases a 50MP main camera with OIS functionalities.

For the first time, Honor 90 GT will support 24GB RAM along with 1TB storage. To boost the energy, the device will be charged quickly with a 100W fast charging. For more details, we need to keep patience for a few more hours.
