Honor 400 series tipped to pack massive 7000mAh battery
Honor seems ready to expand its digital series. A new leak suggests that the Honor 400 series is in the making and could launch with a giant 7000mAh battery. If true, this would be a major upgrade for the new models over their predecessors.
Weibo tipster @DirectorShiGuan noted that the Honor 400 series could pack a massive 7000mAh battery. The lineup’s development is underway. It may bring some special upgrades over the previous-gen models in terms of cell and appearance.
The Chinese tech giant has used higher-density batteries for its smartphones last year. A perfect example is the X60 series which debuted with a 6000mAh battery.
Speaking of the Honor 300 series, all three models pack a 5300mAh cell with a charging capacity of 100W. But this time, the company could opt for even more higher-density batteries for the upcoming digital series.
The tipster added that Honor 400 smartphones may use a metal frame look. A metal frame refers to a tough backbone that carries the phone’s parts and offers structural integrity. It is made up of aluminum and prevents the phone from bending.
Honor 300 series uses a plastic middle frame. However, the company could upgrade this part with the upcoming digital lineup. Other upgrades of the new devices are currently unknown. Though we soon find more revelations on this matter.
Honor 300 series
Unlike other lineups, the company upgrades its digital series twice a year. It’s a unique strategy to introduce better features for the digital models and offer the best experience to consumers in every possible manner.
The 300 series launched with three models: Standard, Pro, and Ultra. All three handsets slightly differ in terms of parameters. Yet they offer the best photography experience with new tools and AI photo-editing features.
It would be worth seeing what the Honor 400 series brings on board.
