Honor 400 series rumored to strike new camera bump design
Honor 400 series could differ from its predecessors in terms of camera bump design. The next digital lineup may continue an asymmetrical shape for the lens module but with a twist of innovation. It will likely add a unique look to the handsets.
Weibo tipster @FixedFocus has revealed new details on the camera design of the Honor 400 series. This time, the device may bring extraordinary changes to the back.
Inputs reveal that the upcoming digital series may feature a triangular lens module. The right end of this triangular bump may have a conical tip in the flattened shape.
This particular shape is speculated to house three Apple iPhone 16 Pro-like lenses (thick buttons in a triangle arrangement). The description hints that the Honor 400 may feature a “Huawei Pura 70 Ultra + iPhone 16 Pro” like camera module.
Pura 70 Ultra has a triangular camera bump on the rear side with a flattened edge for the XMAGE branding. On the flip side, the iPhone 16 Pro has a three lenses on the back, arranged in a triangular pattern, featuring the family appearance.
If true, it would be interesting as Honor, once again, may follow its parent firm Huawei to craft its digital series. The company used a P60 Pro-inspired color scheme for the Honor 100 series. Now, the change may appear in the camera segment.

Simply put, the Honor 400 series will likely bring certain changes in the camera bump over its predecessors. Although the complete design details are still unclear.
Honor will soon release the digital 400 series on the consumer platform. The mid-range smartphone series may adopt some new capabilities in terms of battery, display, and imaging system. It may also bring changes in screen sizes.
The lineup is expected to debut ahead of the GT Pro smartphone scheduled for the Q2 2025 launch. We may witness the dynamic handsets and its Pro-grade specifications in the next month or probably by early April.
