Honor 400 Lite launched with 108MP AI camera and new design

Honor has launched the digital 400 Lite smartphone with a beautiful look, a powerful camera, and significant key specifications. The device debuted in the global market with interesting parameters and AI capabilities. Let’s explore the new handset!

Specifications

Design: Honor 400 Lite’s rear look resembles the standard Huawei Pura 70. It has a triangular lens framework housed in a squarish module. The triangle part shows two lens openings and a giant LED flash ring, all placed at corners.

The device comes in three colors: Marrs Green, Velvet Black, and Velvet Grey. It has a simple, light, yet elegant appearance with sleek edges. The front side has a pill-shaped cutout at the top with the thinnest bezels all around.

Dimensions: Honor 400 Lite measures 161 x 74.55 x 7.29mm and weighs 171 grams (including the battery). You will experience a lightweight feel and strong grip.

Screen

Honor 400 Lite launched with a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2412 x 1080 pixels, 16.7 million colors, 100% DCI-P3 wide color gamut, 394 PPI, 120 Hz refresh rate, 3840Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, and 3500 nits peak brightness.

Internal Parameters

MediaTek Dimensity 7025-Ultra chipset powers the new digital model. It is an octa-core chipset with two cores of Cortex A78 @ 2.5GHz and six cores of Cortex A55 @ 2.0GHz. The chip is further paired with an IMG BXM-8-256 GPU.

The device runs on Android 15-based MagicOS 9.0 software system and has two memory versions: 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB. One can choose the device as per their daily work and usage requirements.

Camera

Honor 400 Lite features a dual-camera setup on the back with a big 108MP main camera (f/1.75) and a 5MP wide + depth camera (f/2.2) with 10x digital zoom support. The front side has a 16MP camera (f/2.45) with selfie light sensor.

AI camera button

One of the major highlights of the Honor 400 Lite is the all-new AI camera button. Just press and hold the button on the bottom side of the device to capture stunning photos, zoom in on the moment, or record a precious point!

The company has packed the Honor 400 Lite with a 5230mAh battery. It also supports a 35W Honor SuperCharge. It has an IP65 rating, Bluetooth 5.3, and multiple sensors like gravity, fingerprint sensor, compass, ambient light sensor, and proximity sensor.

Price and Availability

Honor 400 Lite is available in Europe at present and is open for pre-order for €269. Meanwhile, the original price is €299. It will launch soon in other markets.
