Honor 30 and V30 series enters HarmonyOS 4 test

Today, Honor 30 and V30 series smartphones begin listing for the HarmonyOS 4 beta testing in China, allowing users to fetch the new features ahead of the stable release. Below you can check the models eligible for this test.

To register, users need to open the My Huawei app, HarmonyOS, beta section, and sign up for the new beta activity.

After the user enters the registration page, select the device that needs to be tried, check the log or nolog version in the Beta type according to their own situation, and click “One-click registration” after completion.

After the registration is completed, a message “Thank you for participating in the HarmonyOS 4 trial” will pop up. Once approved, you will be notified via an in-site message in the service app, so you need to pay attention to check it. These two Honor phones have already received a maximum of major upgrades and it seems like the company will call them for the final time.

Until now, Huawei has already installed HarmonyOS 4 in almost all of the devices in the roadmap including Huawei Mate 50, Huawei P60, Huawei P50, Huawei Mate 40, Huawei P40, Huawei Mate 30, Huawei Nova 10, and other models.

As of September 25, 2023, Huawei Consumer Business Group CEO, Yu Chengdong said that HarmonyOS 4 has exceeded 60 million installations within two months of launch.
