HiCare app gets renamed as ‘Support’, new update brings changes and improvements [Updated]

Huawei today released a new app version of its customer support application – HiCare, this new version introduces new UI and features changes in services tab, device center, and Troubleshooting.

Also in some regions, this update renames the app from ‘HiCare’ to the ‘Support’.

You can download the latest HiCare app version 10.1.1.305 from our application page or just go to AppGallery and search HiCare.

Services:
Brand-new UI version. Repair progress, troubleshooting, nearest service center, and various quick services are available with one touch.

Device center:
Blind your devices, and recommend related services to you.

Troubleshooting:
Guide you through the troubleshooting instructions, and offer solutions promptly.
