Here’s the first official look of the Honor Magic V5 foldable

Honor Magic V5 foldable is just a few days away from its official unveiling, and before that, here’s the first look at the new device. After the launch announcement, the company has now shared the first-ever teaser of its upcoming book-type fold.
Magic V5 is currently enjoying the teaser campaign, where the company has started hyping the device’s aesthetics. In the current poster, the phone maker is revealing a partial glimpse of the Honor Magic V5 first look in the folded state.
Looking at the image, the Honor Magic V5 has a sleek profile. The sides appear quite slim and straight with volume rockers and a power button on one edge.
The key points of the Magic V5 design are: thinnest and lightest. Honor has already announced that the new-gen foldable will be the slimmest one to date. And the latest teaser is quite in line with the statement, at least for now.
Honor Magic V5 teaser image further shows a bigger and wider prominent camera bump on the back with a circular rim. This part is rumored to hold a 200MP periscope lens and a 50MP advanced primary shooter.

Apart from the incomplete look, the teaser reveals that the Magic V5 will unlock a set of new AI features and PC-level productivity. Perhaps, the new foldable will deliver a two-in-one device experience: smartphone + PC.
During the Shanghai MWC 2025, Honor exhibited the Magic V5 foldable with a rugged cover. While the back design remains a mystery, netizens got a glimpse of the front and side faces. The device really looks thinner than a coin!
