And some top-end flagship models of the Huawei family will be able to experience these changes firsthand. The company has shared the list of devices that are compatible with the new HarmonyOS 6.0 developer beta testing activity.
In addition, the tech giant has listed the baseline versions required to jump on the new software upgrade. Make sure to have the appropriate build before proceeding with the developer beta installation, or else, it may lead to upgrade failure.
Speaking of the handsets, the company has added select models to the list, like Mate 70/Pro, Mate X5, and more. However, some efficient devices like Mate X5 Collector’s Edition and Pura 70 are not part of this listing. You can check the devices below.

Huawei will soon add more models to the HarmonyOS 6.0 developer beta testing phase. As per the company’s senior official, the stable HarmonyOS 6.0 upgrade version will launch in the third or fourth quarter of this year.
Make sure to have sufficient storage space in your device before installing the new build. We further suggest keeping a backup of your handset as the latest software version will erase certain apps and other data for a seamless experience.
