Huawei P50 Pro smartphone has begun receiving a new HarmonyOS software update that comes with build number 2.0.1.210. However, this update is rolling out for Huawei P50 Pro equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 4G processor in China.

According to the changelog, Huawei P50 Pro HarmonyOS 2.0.1.210 software update brings optimizations for camera performance and system stability for smoother device performance. Adding to this, it also improves the shooting effect and color of the photo for more realistic looks.

That’s not it, this update also install the security patch released in February 2022 that fixes over 42 CVEs found in the latest software system to provide better system security. As always, the update is reaching users via OTA medium and may take some time to reach you.

Update Steps:

To update your device manually, you can visit the smartphone’s settings menu and tap on system & updates. Then, tap on software updates and followed by CHECK FOR UPDATES.

Now, let the phone check for an update and fetch it for you. Once the update appeared, click on the download and install option. Wait patiently, until the process completes automatically.

In the meantime, don’t forcefully shut down or reboot the device. Also, use stable data or WiFi connection for fast download of the software update.
