EMUI February 2025 update reaches Huawei P60 Pro, Mate X3, Mate 50 Pro
Huawei has started rolling out the EMUI February 2025 security update for its flagship models including P60 Pro, Mate X3, and Mate 50 Pro phones. The latest improvement patch will soon reach more top-end and mid-range devices in the coming days.
EMUI February 2025 update contains many fixes and improvements. It resolves over 10 system vulnerabilities and more than 20 third-party library defects in the device.
Now the company started distributing the February 2025 security update to Huawei P60 Pro, Mate X3, and Mate 50 Pro. The firmware is rolling out with the EMUI version 14.2.0.162. Although the software package may vary based on your device.
For instance, some Mate 50 Pro users are receiving the February 2025 update with a package size of 6.43GB. Don’t be surprised, as it happens when you haven’t upgraded your device for a long time. The server bundles the patches into one update.

Coming back, the February 2025 update doesn’t bring any new additions or the EMUI 15 news alongside. But you will find the latest security patch for this month that will eliminate hidden privacy exploits and anonymous bugs from your device.
