Stable EMUI 10 rolling out for Honor 10 and View10 in India

The stable EMUI 10 update for Honor 10 and View10/V10 rolled out in China and outside of China, these smartphones were operating the EMUI 10 beta version.

According to HuaweiUpdates, Honor 10 and View10 are receiving the stable EMUI 10 in India. However, there’s no confirmation on the rollout of the upgrade in regions.

EMUI 10 is built on top of Android 10 introduces new features including Magazine Style UI layout, Morandi Colors, Dark Mode, Golden Icons, New Animations, Improved privacy features.

Version and expansion:

EMUI 10 for Honor 10 and View10 comes with EMUI version 10.0.0.152 (same for both) with 4.57GB and 4.41GB size respectively.

How to check for update:

Via Settings:

1. Open Settings
2. Click on ‘System’
3. Click on ‘Software update’
4. Click on ‘CHECK FOR UPDATES’
5. Click on ‘Download and install’

Via HiCare:

1. Open HiCare app
2. Click on ‘Services’ tab
3. Click on ‘Update’
4. Click on ‘CHECK FOR UPDATES’
5. Click on ‘Download and install’
