Breaking: Stable EMUI 10 rollout starts for Huawei Mate 10, Mate 10 Pro, Mate 10 RS in China

A Few weeks ago, Huawei announced the stable EMUI 10 rollout for a bunch of new smartphones in China including the Huawei Mate 10 series and as promised by the company, these smartphones are now receiving EMUI 10 OTA.

In September last year, Huawei started beta recruitment for Mate 10 devices in China that now concluded with a full release.

According to our information, Huawei Mate 10, Huawei Mate 10 Pro, and Huawei Mate 10 RS Porsche Design are now receiving stable EMUI 10 versions for both beta testers (EMUI 10) and models running EMUI 9.1.

The EMUI 10 brings a new Morandi color system, Magazine style user interface design, new animations, newly added features such as Dark Mode, and a focused and improved user experience.

Versions:

EMUI 9.1 users with version 9.1.0.336/9.1.0.336patch02 /9.1.0.336patch03/9.1.0.339:

Huawei Mate 10, Mate 10 Pro and Mate 10 RS receiving EMUI version 10.0.0.143.

EMUI 10 Beta testers with version 10.0.0.134:

Huawei Mate 10, Mate 10 Pro and Mate 10 RS receiving EMUI version 10.0.0.143.

 

EMUI 10 stable patch for beta testers brings the following improvements:

[System]
Optimize system stability.

[Fingerprint]
Improves fingerprint unlock sensitivity and fixes the issue with fingerprint unlock, which sometimes fails in some situations.

[Audio]
Fixes the problem of silent music playback using Bluetooth headphones in situations and also solves the issue of noise in the tuning process of some scenes.

Note: This rollout is currently limited only to Chinese consumers.

Global Version:

Huawei Mate 10 smartphones in Europe, Asia, Middle East, and other regions are currently testing EMUI 10 and we can expect Huawei to rollout stable EMUI 10 updates that may begin by January or in February.
