Huawei Developer Conference 2019: Schedule, Activities, Announcements and More

According to an official HDC 2019 promo image, that is printed with the tagline of “One-time development multi-end operation” hints at one solution for all of the device ecosystem.

The image also shows various devices including Router, Tablet, Laptop, Autonomous Driving, 5G, SmartHome, Gaming, Robotics, Smart Wearable, TV and more.

And there are a few things that we’ve noticed in this promo. First, all of those devices shown in the image contains is a logo similar to ‘H’that was already there in Huawei’s IoT products that are currently being sold in the market.

But the other thing to note is, the sketch of a PC with “Hello World!” text and the same ‘H’ logo, the term ‘hello world!’ in a computer used to run a program/software. Also, it is often the first program written by people learning to code.

To be noted, Hongmeng OS is also trademarked for a huge set of device category to what has mentioned above.

After putting a deep analysis of these facts we can clearly say that the company has prepared a new all in one solution for its full device ecosystem except for smartphones, it could be an Operating System, new programming language or something else.

As according to the previous interview of Huawei executives that confirms that Hongmeng OS is not for smartphones but for IoT and other devices.

For now, there’s no official confirmation made by Huawei on this news but we would also want to know what you think about this unknown all in one solution? Let us know in the comments.

The HDC 2019 event will officially kick-off with Keynote Speeches on August 9 in the Dongguan City, China. And other developer-related activities will start from August 10 and keep this event going till August 11.
