Earlier today, we saw some of the newest leaks regarding the Huawei Nova 8 and Nova 8 Pro. These devices will launch on December 23 and will be packed with the latest hardware and better camera capabilities.

Aside from what we’ve seen so far, a promo poster of the upcoming Nova 8 has leaked via DigitalChatStation and reveals the rear design of this smartphone lineup. According to the render, Huawei Nova 8 will come with a brand new pill-type camera design with a big camera bump. Compared to this, Huawei has not used this type of camera design in any of the previously launched devices.

The camera bump includes four cameras and an LED flash. On the front side, it has an ultra curved display with a wide punch hole to house dual selfie cameras.

Furthermore, the poster confirms that it’ll be the first Huawei smartphone to feature a 120Hz refresh rate display. While the flagship including P40 and Mate 40 still has a 90Hz refresh rate. To be mentioned, only Nova 8 Pro will come with a 120Hz refresh rate.

The previous report reveals that the Huawei Nova 8 will equip a 64MP rear quad-camera system, a 32 MP front camera, supports for 66W super-fast charging, 7.64mm slim and light body with 3D hyperboloid glass design.

The Nova 8 Pro sports an ultra curved edge display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 64MP quad rear camera system, a 32 MP selfie cam with dual camera support front and rear dual scene recording and supports super-fast 66W charging.

Huawei Nova 8 and 8 Pro will have at least two RAM and storage variants of 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB. More information about its pricing is yet to come.
