Huawei Nova 14 series chip continues to be a part of the mystery, and the recent input says the mid-range lineup could use a new Kirin 8010 chipset. While the SoC belongs to the Kirin 8 series, it may deliver performance like Kirin 9020.

The tipster implies that Kirin 8010 could use the 9020 chip packaging technology and offer a better performance boost over the Kirin 9000s.
Huawei has improved the Kirin 9020 chip design for the flagship Mate 70 handsets. The chip integrates the industry’s first 3GPP R18 5G-A SoC to build better network support in air-to-ground communication. It is 20% more power efficient than 9000s.
Early rumors claimed that the next-gen Nova models will feature the Kirin 9 series chipset. Although the latest input is quite in line with the company’s strategy.
