10 million Huawei devices installed HarmonyOS 4 in one month of launch

Today, Huawei completed one month of HarmonyOS 4 software release and the company marked this occasion with the announcement of over 10 million installations on Huawei devices.

On August 4th, Huawei released HarmonyOS 4 at the Huawei Developer Conference 2023. On the same day, Huawei rolled out HarmonyOS 4 public beta for 34 devices including the Huawei P60 and Mate 50 series.

Also, the company opened over 35 devices for the closed beta devices. These include past flagships and other devices that were launched a few years before.

All of these phone users are rapidly upgrading to HarmonyOS 4 to get the latest features. The Ark Engine improves the system speed by about 20%. The company is expanding the battery life to about half an hour and efficient task handling.

Live window is a revolutionary touch of innovation for HarmonyOS 4. It allows you to see the latest updates in an interactive manner. The brand-new animations provide a better user experience.

Huawei also worked on the privacy and security of the user, therefore, new features and self-optimizations were made to keep your data. This HarmonyOS version is selected to be installed on smartphones, smartwatches, and HarmonyOS smart cars.
